Before joining RE/MAX INTERFACE, she worked in the advertising agency for more than 15 years where she embraced a dynamic, multicultural environment and helped her grow as an open-minded, effective communicator. Drawing on the skills and English ability she has developed throughout her career, she now works as a real estate agent for foreign family (certified as a Real Estate Transaction Specialist).
About 90% of her clients are international.
One of her key strengths is that she is well-versed not only in residential real estate but also in income-generating properties. Since the criteria for selecting a home and choosing a good investment property are completely different, it’s actually quite rare to find an agent who can confidently handle both.
Because her mother ran a rental property business, she naturally became interested in real estate investing and now owns several income-generating properties. Whether the purchase is for personal use or for generating returns, she always encourages clients to think ahead about their exit strategy. Even for a primary residence, it’s possible to choose a property with strong asset value—one that can be rented out or sold in the future.
She will do her best to help each client find the right property—one that truly fits their needs.
Besides her love of real estate, she is a passionate traveler, a fun skier, and a walking enthusiast.
Her motto is “ichigo ichie,” which means treasuring each encounter as something that happens only once in a lifetime. She places great value on the connections and relationships she builds with people. Finding a good property is also very much an ichigo ichie moment.
